HelpDesk+ (formerly "TechPoint") welcomed the ITS Help Desk to our space in Fall 2019. They bring expert walk-up IT support for faculty, staff, and students. Our equipment reservation program also added the equipment previously part of the ITS Loaner program. Now, faculty and staff have their own set of reservable laptops, mobile classrooms, iPads, and projectors. - HelpDesk+ Staff
